Status of the MT-WY Hardcopy Address Book

This page will keep you apprised of progress on the hardcopy address book.

Where we Are

The hardcopy address book has been a chore to create and update. Changes will be made to the book to make it similar to the Oregon hardcopy address book. There are to be about 5 distinct parts to the book: A complete workers list, a list of all MT-WY regular Sunday Meetings by Field with most contact information present for each family in that field, a much-abbreviated list of all MT-WY family information in alphabetic order by family name, a similar abbreviated list of all workers and their contact information, and a list of regional conventions.

The first section, a complete workers list, is nearly complete. All sections will be derived from the three database spreadsheets.

Where we Are Headed

The goal is to have a spreadsheet that has all sections of the book in it in a form in which the spacing, fonts, etc. can all be tweaked by program input to make the book pages look nice and provide for pagination for printing in booklet format as needed for the formation of the book.
